The holiday rental is located on the first floor of an impressive Art Deco building just off the pedestrian area on Avenue Marechal Joffre. It is less than five minutes’ walk to the Promenade, beach and shopping district. There is a delicious patisserie and traditional boulangerie around the corner, perfect for your terrace breakfast.

The bus station is about a 15 minute walk away but a lot of the buses travel down from the bus station to Avenue Marechal Joffre so you can pick up the bus practically on your doorstep. There are also two car parks very nearby.

The living area and kitchen are open plan. There is a large red corner sofa, a glass coffee table and a glass console unit with DVD player and LCD screen where guests can watch over 50 English channels on the SKY TV package. There is also a reading lamp with dimmer switch.

From the living area you can access the terrace, as you can from the bedrooms. There are two tables and six chairs, all part of a modern white garden furniture set. The terrace is enclosed by a solid half wall making it safer for children.

The terrace is reasonably large and perfect for breakfast or an evening bottle of wine.

The contemporary cream and chrome kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

To the left of the kitchen, a large glass table and contemporary high backed grey chairs provide comfortable seating for six.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and drawers. Lots of light, like all the bedrooms, streams into this back bedroom and it benefits from a Juliette balcony.

The second and third bedrooms are at the front of the apartment. Bedroom two is a very good size with two twin beds which can easily be pushed together if preferred. This bedroom also has a large built in wardrobe, bedside tables and drawers.

The third bedroom is narrow so the connecting beds are placed along the length, one high and one low: like bunk beds, but not on top of each other.

The large main bathroom is located just across the hall from the master bedroom. It is fitted with wall to ceiling slate tiles, a huge corner bath with shower attachment, toilet and a wash basin with a vanity unit and a bidet.

The shower room is located in the middle of the apartment, with easy access from the hallway and the two front bedrooms. There is a built-in shower, a large wash basin with mirror over, toilet and a washing machine. The shower room is decorated in attractive slate tiles.
