Due to the southerly aspect the rental apartment is always flooded with natural light. There are two plum leather sofas, a Habitat cabinet with a 42-inch LCD screen TV with English channels, Wi-Fi internet access, DVD home cinema and hi-fi system (which includes the facility of playing music from your MP3 player), a rug and cushions and a Habitat coffee table. There is a large solid wood dining table and four tall backed chairs. A perfect area for sampling the local produce.

The living and kitchen area are open plan. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with four-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, cafétiere, juicer and all of the utensils necessary for rustling up a culinary triumph.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside drawers on either side, reading lamps and a wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a double bed, one bedside table with drawers, reading lamps and a wardrobe. There is additional hanging space in the hall area. Both bedrooms benefit from large double glazed windows and ceiling fans for cooling in summer.

The hallway leads to a dressing area designed with typically French furniture. Perfect for the ladies to get ready for dinner whilst their partners relax in the living area.

The bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle (with a small seating area inside), toilet and wash basin with vanity unit underneath. There is also a washing machine.
