Both the beach and the famous Cours Saleya Flower and Farmers' Market are less than a minute walk away. There are all manner of restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The Port is less than a five minute walk away and the shopping district of Jean Médecin is a fifteen minute stroll away. Also, the bus station is less than a ten minute stroll through the Old Town.

The exposed brickwork and centre column in the lounge and kitchen area add a rustic charm to the newly renovated 30 square metre space. There is a two seater sofa along with two easy chairs and a large plasma TV. The living area has large French windows leading to a balcony. Panoramic views can be enjoyed from inside and out.

The kitchen has been sympathetically renovated with wooden block worktops and a sunken white sink unit. There is a dishwasher, microwave, and large fridge freezer. Enjoying an elevated position - all the better for the sea view - there is a dining table and six chairs at the back of the kitchen.

The large bedroom is to be found on the ground floor with a King Size bed, bedside tables and some great pieces of original furniture. There are large French windows leading onto a private terrace. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom.
The cellar has been converted into another bedroom with a King Size bed, in built reading lamps and a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is little natural light in this room, but it is spacious and private and again has its own en-suite bathroom.

The bathroom is off the first bedroom and consists of a walk-in shower, a large wash basin with a mirror and a console table. There is a WC next to the bathroom. The second bathroom is part of the converted cellar. There is a large shower cubicle and a wash basin. Both bathrooms are tiled and styled in keeping with a period property.
