The living area and kitchen are open plan. There is a large black upholstered corner sofa, a designer leather chair, several console units and a large rug. A side table cleverly extends to a dining table for four (shown extended on one photo). Entertainment is provided from a 40" LCD TV and DVD player. There is an air conditioning unit on the wall.

With cream kitchen units and a golden marble effect worktop along with complementary tiling, the kitchen is very stylish as well as practical. Built into the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, three ring electric hob and oven. There is a large fridge-freezer. Next to the kitchen is a handy utility room with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The two bedrooms are similar in size and look. Bedroom one has a double bed with built in headboards with side panels and reading lamps and bedroom two is similar with 2 single beds that may be pushed together to make a double bed. There is a fitted wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors in one room and a stand alone wardrobe in the other.

Both bedrooms benefit from large French windows leading out onto small Juliette balconies.

The bathroom is fully tiled. There is a large shower enclosure with glass shower screen, a large wash basin and a WC.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment in Nice are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for four guests and utilities.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than 7 days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
